The Federal Communicationso Commission needs to stop discriminating against rural America with regulations allowing carriers to drop more calls in rural areas, Sen. Tim Johnson said recently.
Johnson hosted a roundtable discussion in Aberdeen to discuss ongoing problems that residents, businesses and agencies in rural areas in South Dakota and beyond have had the past few years with dropped or low-quality phone calls by long-distance or wireless carriers.
