Voters reject idea to divide Tri-Valley by building new school in Crooks

A $15.6 million idea that residents said could have divided the Tri-Valley School District community failed at polls Tuesday night.

The proposed bond would have meant building a new elementary school in Crooks, outside of Colton where the district's current campus is located, to address ongoing growth.
