Authorities say a Lake Andes man ran a stop sign and entered a parking lot, hitting and killing two pedestrians and crashing into two parked cars.
The Highway Patrol says the driver survived Monday's crash near Pickstown. He was flown to a Sioux Falls hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
