A number of accidents have been reported this morning across eastern South Dakota after the area received as much as seven inches of snow in some spots.
Sioux Falls Police Public Information Officer Sam Clemens said 44 accidents were reported between 1 and 10 p.m. Fewer crashes were reported during the morning hours, with 26 between 1 and 9 a.m.
