Iowa-based Security Savings Bank is moving its charter to South Dakota to take advantage of the state's business and banking climates.

Security Savings Bank has its main bank in Larchwood and branches in Inwood and George, Iowa. Two years ago, it opened a branch in Canton, which now will serve as the headquarters for the charter.
