According to Pew Research Center, 46% of all American adults own smart phones, up 11% from 2011. Swier Law Firm's new mobile site will make it easier for smart phone users to use its website. The new mobile site is similar to Swier Law Firm's main site, but is streamlined and easy to navigate from a mobile device.
The South Dakota law firm’s mobile version consists of seventeen sections, which include Practice Areas, Attorney Profiles, Frequently Asked Questions, and the law firm's Blog, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and Legal News with up-to-date news releases for clients and journalists.

As part of an extensive branding campaign, Choberka and the firm’s marketing team underwent a six month endeavor before introducing the new law firm website. Created with the user experience firmly in mind, the new website design uses the latest technology to ensure compatibility with today’s browsers and mobile devices. The website can be viewed on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices without the loss of functionality.
Choberka also noted that while most law firm websites tout their strength, they spend little time highlighting their attorneys. “We believe our firm is strong because of the level of talent and the collective knowledge of our people. As a law firm, we are not selling a product; we are selling our attorneys, and what they bring to the table. They are the stars of the show.”
To showcase the attorneys, the firm utilized custom photography shot in an environmental style to accompany each detailed biography. The photos were taken at 10 different locations and the result is a website that is visually stunning. Additionally, users can also learn more about the firm’s history, community involvement, corporate culture and services, with expanded sections on our charitable and non-profit support, innovative technologies, business model, and practice area resources.
