The South Dakota Supreme Court recently issued its decision in a divorce case involving the the former CEO of the Dakota, Minnesota and Eastern railroad.
The Supreme Court affirmed a circuit court's ruling that Kevin Schieffer can have joint custody of his children. The ruling also lowers the amount of child support his ex-wife had requested.
