Jake Fischer Appointed to Bar Association's Ag Committee

Jake Fischer of Swier Law Firm was recently appointed to serve on the South Dakota Bar Association's 2015-2016 Agricultural Law Committee.

The State Bar Association's Agricultural Law Committee provides leadership in identifying and addressing current and emerging issues of importance to the agricultural community, monitors proposed and pending legislation, and assembles and disseminates information to public officials and members of the general public.

Fischer is the author of the popular books Agricultural Law in South Dakota and Estate Planning for Farmers and Ranchers in South Dakota.
