The 2018 Swier Law Firm-SASD Title IX Conference was a huge success! Conference attendees heard from some of the nation's top Title IX experts. Over 100 South Dakota school administrators, counselors, and teachers as well as administrators, coaches, and staff representing colleges and universities in the region were on-hand for the intensive two-day training. We discussed real world examples and hypothetical situations, learned the process to follow when investigating Title IX complaints, and followed-up with discussions about best practices.
