On Friday, November 2, 2018, we conducted a training session for South Dakota's school counselors at the 10th Annual Counselor Connections Workshop at South Dakota State University in Brookings. Scott's presentation - "Confidentiality or Privilege - Which Is It?" provided a practical understanding of how these two concepts may intersect in the legal world.
