The South Dakota Supreme Court affirmed Thursday the conviction of Jason Paul Lewandowski for the murder of Jeremy Hendrickson.
The case stems from the 2015 murder of Hendrickson, a man who was shot in the head by Lewandowski, in front of Hendrickson's wife and child.
