The South Dakota Supreme Court says a court was not wrong in its instructions to a jury on a slip-and-fall case involving a Sioux Falls restaurant in 2014.
Shirley Tammen and her husband, Ernest, were going to Fryn' Pan on Jan. 31, 2014, for lunch when Shirley Tammen slipped between two vehicles in the parking lot. She needed wrist surgery as a result of the fall.
