State Supreme Court Chief Justice David Gilbertson is asking for an additional judge in the Sioux Falls area due to the increasing number of drug cases.
Gilbertson made the request for an additional Second Circuit Court judge, which covers Lincoln and Minnehaha Counties, during his State of the Judiciary Address to the Legislature on Wednesday.
